个人觉得房间装修、布局、卫生都很好，看着舒服，卫生间和洗浴间是分开的，洗脸池是开放的。房间比较安静，与隔壁的隔音效果好，只是早晨走廊上大声说话能听到一点。最大的优点是离地铁站很近，出门右转走两百步就到了，非常方便！来首体参加生日会，走路过去也不远。很满意。
