外面环境还不错，很清静，没什么人，过节也没什么人，可以去白龙潭爬山，还挺好。就是房间的水总是发黄，这点不好

过节想找个清净人少的地方，就选了这里，人果然很少，房间里小活物比较多，阴面有些冷。院子很舒服。就是房间里的水总是发黄，不敢用

古堡很有特色，老顾客了，预定刚好赶上刚下过雪，景色还挺美的，空气也挺好的。前台也很nice，冬季跟夏季不一样的感觉，酒店比较幽静，适合度假休闲。距离古北水镇也很近，开车也比较方便！下次还定你家。

为了让我住他们酒店，在电话咨询中员工所以说的情况和实际情况完全不符，在处理疑义中员工服务态度特别不好，然后还推卸责任，我打酒店前台电话还主动挂客户电话，然后再打电话拒接接听……
