Stey-Sanlitun is located in the vibrant Beijing Embassy District adjacent to the Tuanjiehu Subway Station. The Sanlitun area is the most dynamic and buzzing district in Beijing and the favorite place for young people to work and socialize. Designed by Johanna Meyer-Grohbrügge and Nina Yu Stamov, Stey-Sanlitun has 45 studios, 19 one-bedroom suites and adjacent community spaces. Stey-Sanlitun is located from 3rd to 8th floor of the historical Beijing Zhaolong Hotel. The hotel and the adjacent buildings are currently being redeveloped into BEI Zhaolong, an integrated complex with dining experiences, design hotel, residential apartments, co-working spaces, and boutique retails.

    自从Stey（北京望京798店）因业务调整闭店后，Stey三里屯就成了自己每次北京出差的首选旅店了，对不喜欢吃早餐的自己来説也非常友好；酒店每3天提供保洁服务的理念，个人觉得也是好事，逼自己要保持室内清洁。这家酒店的接待人员经常会给升级房型，并且住客50%是老外，共享空间经常会遇到老外在工作交流。这里，不仅提供北欧风的居住环境，还给差旅人的社交推开世界的门。希望网络??网速可以更好一些，是个人的唯一诉求了。

    性价比高，位置在三里屯，室内设计简约，前台给升级了，房间大不少。唯一遗憾就是没电视。以后来北京会经常入住这里。

    这次真心想给三里屯 Stey 点个“五星大赞”。 先説我最爱的点：房间采光绝了，大窗户一拉开，整个房间都亮起来，早上被阳光叫醒的感觉太舒服了。最离不开的是他们家的 APP，可以直接在手机上开关窗帘调灯光，我早上醒来就在床上点两下，窗帘自己拉开，晚上困得不想动手动脚，也是躺着关灯，懒人本人表示：深得我心。 房间本身也挺加分的，很乾净，细节做得不错，地面、角落都看着挺利索。床也很好睡，软硬刚好，不是那种塌下去的，一觉睡到自然醒，起来也不腰疼。 还有他们的共享社区空间也挺有意思的，不是那种摆摆样子的公共区域，是真的可以坐下来办公、开电脑干活的。有桌子有沙发，氛围也舒服，比在咖啡馆挤着强多了，开会前在那儿把材料整理一下挺合适的。 前台小姑娘人很好，聊天的时候説之后空间还会有升级改造，听着就还挺期待的，有种“以后会越来越好”的感觉。 整体住下来，感觉跟普通酒店不太一样，更像是住进了一种“懒人友好型的未来公寓”。下次来北京开会，还是会优先考虑住这儿。

    这次北京出差经同事推荐选择了这家来自北欧的公寓酒店，首先地理位置没得説，三里屯太古里对面、盈科中心隔壁，兆龙饭店的低区，周边各种商场和餐饮，外卖选择超多，交通便利，机场打车半小时，去国贸堵车也只要10分钟。 其次是整体的装修和公区，简约的北欧风，床品乾净整洁，配置完善，户内小厨房、专业级公共厨房、洗衣房、共享办公都有。 最后是入住体验和服务人员，前台效率很高，手机收到密码后就全app自助操作非常适合我，服务团队也很年轻，我住的当晚正好有组织的社区活动可以免费参与，是完全不一样的出差体验。价格也很合适下次出差还会选择这里。
