超级棒！前台的小姐姐人也超好的，很贴心，有啥需要帮助的地方都会尽量帮忙～每天进出大厅都会热情主动的打招呼 有宾至如归的感觉～房间安排的需求也会尽量满足，房间里面打扫的乾净衞生，负责打扫的阿姨也很亲切。酒店对面就是紫光园，吃饭买点心很方便～奶皮子好吃！走路去最近的护国寺小吃、庆丰包子铺也很近，10来分钟就到啦！路上的风景也很好 秋天落叶很美～交通也很便利，离4号线走路5-7分钟～附近都是居民区，晚上很安静～度过了非常开心的旅行 好评好评！

环境：对面有个很大的紫光园，吃饭很方便，附近还有便利店
服务：很好很亲切，早餐也挺好吃
设施：北京房间虽然偏小，但是设施很齐全，这家的衞生间算宽敞

The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. There were noticeable clumps of hair from previous guests in both the room and the shower area. Even after informing the housekeeping staff, the issue remained unresolved when we returned. This significantly impacted the comfort and overall experience of our stay.
