这次入住体验真的超出预期！从进门办理入住开始，前台的工作人员就热情又耐心，主动帮我提行李，还细致地介绍了酒店的各项设施和周边的游玩路线。住店期间遇到的任何小问题，只要联系工作人员，都能得到及时又贴心的解决，全程笑脸相迎，让人感觉特别温暖。强烈推荐给大家，下次来还会选这家！

位于中轴线上，?前门地铁站隔离，位置旺中带静，行过对面马路通直通前门大街、大栅栏。房间大小适中，有长沙发，挂墙一部75寸大电视，真系第一次见，电视虽大，配合房间大小，也看得舒服。服务员亦专业有礼，一讃。下次都会回头住。

酒店出门步行可以到天安门广场，旁边就是前门地铁站，去哪都很方便。房间大小合适，一家三口带了两个行李箱打开也能自由活动。在北京这个价位能住上这个品质和地理位置真的算绝佳了……已经推荐给朋友，适合来旅游的朋友～

We booked this hotel as it was relatively near places like the forbidden city and also Qianmen street. It is also just next to a metro entrance. The only downside was that Didi rides are hard to plot to as it was in a restricted area/zone where pickups/dropoffs cannot be done.
The room itself was AI enabled and we had fun playing with xiaowei ??

酒店服务人员非常好及热心，我们其中一间房因有少许异味所以要求转房，日间的男服务员态度非常好，除抱歉外，还亲自带上去看看其他两间房给我选择，每天也有打扫及添加免费饮料及茶包，即弃拖鞋，清洁员也很细心给我们2人每天3支水，?房间的洗头水护发素非常好用，而服务台隔篱每一天也有免费罐装汽水及零食和热茶给客人拿取，离开更有礼物零食包，很有心意。而酒店在前门站G出口行不用2分钟，很易找，但车不能长时间停在酒店对出路边，所以每次下车都要跳车，或兜往前少少横街下车，因每天也有公安守着限制车辆前往天安门。 其中一间房望出就是正阳门，远一点是天安门，往大栅栏找食也方便，而且基乎每天也去。若再来北京，会再考虑入住。
