在别墅区，房间不错，离机场很近，边上铜锅火锅刷肉啥的吃的东西也不错。尤其是紧邻罗红摄影艺术馆，特意去看了下展览，真的非常震撼！！！绝对值得一看

好久没来这家酒店了，这次我得甲流了吃了特效药还是腰疼膝盖疼胯骨疼睡不着，想到这家有大浴缸果断订房间把男朋友叫过来照顾我。
前台小姐姐简直不要太细心，上次来的时候落下一个小配饰我们都忘记了，这次办入住的时候小姐姐主动给我们，还挺惊喜。
房间一如既往地乾净，泡完热水澡我确实舒服入睡了，感觉床品都变得格外舒服。

出差来北京选择的棕榈滩酒店，第一眼被图片吸引住了，没想到入住后感觉更好，前台服务非常热情周到，酒店的装修风格也很有特色，设施比较齐全，小度挺方便的，网络速度很快，对于商务人士来説非常实用，房间宽敞明亮并且很乾净，布局合理空间很大，住起来非常舒适。

酒店交通便捷路侧停车免费、周边环境清静优雅，房间乾净、整洁、舒适（堪比五星级酒店衞生），全屋智能非常好用！前台服务人员非常热情周到，当天晚22点多才办理入住，已经很晚了，小姐姐依然耐心接待，还免费升级房间，回房间后又打电话要小孩的洗漱用品，后因孩子发烧又多次要体温计、矿泉水、外卖药品、充电器及其它用品，小姐姐每次都是送到房间门口，跑了好几趟，而且非常耐心，真切体会到家中温暖！感谢棕榈滩酒店的热情服务，下次你仍然是我的首选！
