    环境很好，衞生打扫的很乾净，服务也很好，还能延迟退房，帮忙收忘记带的行李，下次去北京还来这家酒店，设施很好

    前台忽悠把第二个订单取消，办了他们家的会员卡，到开票的时候另一个店前台説的又不一样，还有这个洗衣服务，早上把衣服放到袋子里，回来还是这样子，

    作为这家酒店的常客，我几乎每周都会来这里住，可以説对它的方方面面都特别了解。整体体验真的远超预期，无论是硬件设施还是服务细节，都让人感觉非常贴心，而且价格还很亲民，绝对是我心中性价比超高的优秀酒店。 设施方面，真的非常齐全贴心。早餐种类丰富，而且都是现做的，吃得出新鲜和用心。更有意思的是，这里还有智能机器人送餐，效率高又充满科技感。楼下准备了各类日用品，可以随时领取，特别方便。房间里的小细节也很打动人——配备了两瓶健力宝、两瓶AD钙奶和矿泉水，如果不够还可以免费续加。还有咖啡、茶叶和一些北京特色小零食，也都是免费供应，就像在家里一样自在。全屋都是智能控制，操作起来很流畅。衞生间用的是智能马桶，带冲洗功能，特别舒适。对我这种经常出差的人来説，有些房型还配备了洗衣机，简直太实用了，换洗衣物随时可以清洗，真的太方便了。 衞生程度更是没得説。大堂一直保持得一尘不染，走上楼，楼道里也乾乾净净，没有任何杂物，走廊宽敞明亮，空气中还有淡淡的香薰味，一进来心情就放松了。房间里也保持得非常整洁，无论是马桶、水杯，还是地面，都看不到一点污渍水迹，每次入住都是同样的高标准，让人特别安心。 环境氛围我也要好好夸一夸。酒店自带免费停车场，对于开车的人来説非常方便。出门就能看到绿植花草，感觉格外清新。一层的旋转楼梯设计感十足，拍照特别出片。各个角落都点缀着绿植，充满生机。房间内部空间宽敞，布局合理，床品柔软舒适，还配有小沙发和办公桌。如果需要处理工作，这里甚至还提供免费的鼠标垫，这些小细节真的非常加分。 服务体验更是让我愿意一再回来的重要原因。前台工作人员态度亲切热情，这次还主动为我免费升级了带洗衣机的房型，正好满足了我的需求。感觉他们确实受过系统培训，服务素质一流。客房服务响应也特别快，有什么问题打电话，很快就有人来处理。不管是前台还是客房阿姨，脸上总是带着笑容，给人一种家人般的亲切感，在酒店里遇到任何问题，他们都会尽力帮你解决。 因为我住过很多次，所以更感受到它在整体布局、客房设计和服务水准上的用心。可以説，这是高档酒店中表现十分优秀的一家，而且价格并不贵，真心推荐给大家，来这边住一住，相信你也会喜欢上这里。

    The accommodation, the cleaning , the attention of the staff was very good, I was satisfied, I recommend it, the only problem was the lack of a generator, there was a short power outage.
