特别烂的旅店！！！还自称酒店，**，环境差，埋汰，还有蟑螂！住了一个6百多块的房间，说是商务房间，等住进去一看，没恶心死！服务态度更***恶劣！就是***离小童医院能近点，给孩子看病没办法，住了几天实在是受不了，搬到别的地方了！！！让这破店坑死了！！！打死以后都不会再去了，谁去谁上当，不信就试试吧！！！

早上7点几分洗漱发现没有洗漱用品，打电话问前台，说是北京不主动提供了，办理入住也忘给我。我说请送过来，答应了。直到近7点50也没人送和回电，期间给前台打了三次电话，说是服务员没上班。最后也没人送，自己去前台取的，明明见到好几个服务员。体验太差。

带宝宝去的，因为入住当天去的有点晚，前台小姐姐告知还有空馀双床房间，很贴心的给升级了双床房，第二天离店的时候，前台的小哥哥还为小朋友带了小零食和水，服务很贴心，可能唯一的不足之处就是房间有点儿小，但是在北京寸土寸金的地方也可以理解，还会选择二次入住的。
