我是这家酒店的常客，每周必来一天。主要是价位和通风我挺满意。但是服务上的缺陷还是挺让人寒心。选两个典型的事件如下，如有任何虚构和夸大，我这辈子是个**。
事件一：忘了是几月几号了，反正是前段日子冷的时候。提前一天预订了6至7楼的雅致房，等来了后被告知没有房间了，被什么小时房给占用了。给我调整到了八楼，八楼需要上两个电梯。最终现场跟他们抱怨问题，一个男经理最后解决给调整到了家庭房。家庭房挺大，但是冬天冷。不知道酒店怎么做规划的，提前一天预订就没有预留好房间，还能被钟点房给顶掉，我真的又气又笑。
事件二：2月12日，今天来酒店，给的房间为6027，洗完澡后发现没有吹风机。打电话给前台说少吹风机，前台信誓旦旦的说绝对有吹风机，让我在房间里所有的抽屉找一找。我就顶着湿头发找了整个房间的抽屉，就一个空袋子，根本就没吹风机。我又给她打了一个电话，她说还在问情况。我只能无奈的跟她说，能不能优先送上来一个能用的吹风机？！我是真的服气，我还能骗前台吹风机不成？明明就是少了却不想着先解决问题而是在等什么回覆？
最最最离谱的是等送到我房间时，还得进我房间让我先试试能不能用？！！！！！！！！我得天啊，就不能提前试一试吗？假如不能用我还得等你下去再上来折腾一趟？那我直接一晚上湿头发，争取感冒发烧***。

非常不错，因为带着孩子店长帮升级后的房间很宽敞。环境跟宣传照片上一样，房间设施很齐全。有矿泉水饮料都是给赠送免费喝的。拖鞋和一次性用品每天都及时补充，屋里暖气很好。尤其是每天的早餐做的很丰富，鸡蛋、小笼包、炒饭、馒头、牛奶、鸡蛋和粥，还有小菜都很丰富。春节期间附近早餐地方一般不好找，一定要定带早餐的套餐，干净卫生也很方便。公交线路比较多也很便利，出行一般选择坐公交比较多，离酒店非常近。在酒店连续住了4晚，性比价比高，两间房体验感不错。下次再来还会选择这家酒店。

房间面积可以，酒店房间新，价格可以。之前住过还有同事住过，所以这次出差北京还是选了这家酒店。没想到卫生不行中招了，可能是座椅靠枕不干净或者床垫不干净或者开空调房间过于暖和生虫。11.24号就住酒店，11.26号腰部奇痒，忍不住抓挠，拍照有两个红肿包，我以为是被蚊子叮了，抹了自己带的肥皂还有红霉素软膏还是不管用。 后面每天会有新增红肿包，11.28号和前台反馈被蚊虫叮咬，借了酒店的风油精不管用，涂了还是痒，第二天还是有新包，11.29号买了百多邦、 糠酸莫米松乳膏、六神驱蚊花露水，止痒效果不理想，驱蚊虫不佳。（后悔没有一开始要求换房间，让酒店消杀，我当时一直以为是蚊子叮了，想着用花露水或抹药就好）11.30号退房还和前台说有蚊虫房间要消杀，今天网上看小红书才觉得我应该不是被蚊子叮了，可能是臭虫。几个点一起成片状，还有几个点成线。看了医生，说是臭虫叮咬引起的虫咬性皮炎，遵医嘱买了药。也和酒店打电话说了房间卫生问题还有消杀。真的痒的受不了，抓挠破皮，睡觉被痒醒。更麻烦的是带的衣服行李箱都要处理，消毒，房间都可能被我带了臭虫，烦死了

酒店还不错，房间并不感觉小，卫生间干湿分离，床很大，而且床垫睡起来挺舒适的，前台工作人员态度都不错，外卖会有机器人送到房间门口，很方便。隔音效果我觉得还可以，可能因为房间不靠着电梯，所以相对来说比较安静。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is super polite and helpful; even though they don't speak much English, they'll do everything they can to assist you. The bed and linens are gorgeous, and I loved that there were two kinds of pillows to choose from. They provided soft drinks and water free of charge, which was a nice touch.
The room was big, and we absolutely loved it. One window could use some cleaning, and the wallpaper isn't in perfect condition, but it didn't bother us. Also, note that not all rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. We had one standard-sized window.
The AI assistant was a big plus, especially if you speak Chinese. The scheduled curtain opening was just what we needed for our jet lag. Having a washing machine and a dryer was very convenient.
The area is great, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The metro isn't too far, and the bus stop is right there. You can use a rental bike to get to metro lines one through six, or just walk. We didn't eat breakfast, so I have no comments about it.
