带着孩子办理入住，下午一点到的，三点左右，还是冲前台发火才给安排了入住房间，这种服务跟其他酒店比起来，我不知道好不好意思评价，发火就有房间出来，说明是能想办法解决入住的，等两个小时，前台软绵绵就是一句说最近生意太好，满房，没及时打扫房间。。。这真的不是一个五星酒店该有的应付方式。
