非常一般的入住体验，甚至不如一些经济型酒店。希尔顿这个品牌现在的定位变成这样了么。 首先是在办入住的地方写的超级大的“15:00入住 12:00退房”的标牌。我是四点去办入住的，跟我说房间没有打扫好，要等一个小时。五点去拿钥匙的时候，又说还没有好。等了半天到了五点半才拿到钥匙。既然不能保证客人15:00入住，前台那个标牌就别摆了。作为一个国际品牌酒店的信用呢。 然后是酒店餐厅里的桌子，全是碎屑。不知道酒店对擦桌子有什么要求么。这种一桌子小碎屑的桌子也能招待客人么。
