中国第一家希尔顿，设施略旧。入住前一天客房主管凤凤加了微信，还特意准备了水果，很贴心。
入住当天感觉房间有点小（?跟其他城市新的希尔顿比）。 ?凤凤帮忙免费升级到了行政房。

入住北京希尔顿酒店，正赶上我过生日，客房主管孙静，和庄彩云，帮我布置了房间，还贴心的给我把快递拿到房间，马经理给我准备了一块生日蛋糕，虽然有点小，但是仪式感满满的拉满，开门的一瞬间真是惊讶到我的，非常感谢她们的用心[强][强][强]

夸一夸行政酒廊的杨经理和他们的小伙伴们～我们出行极少住希尔顿旗下，一般是万豪，但是此次被北京希尔顿圈粉了，地段五星好评，服务五星好评，充满活人味～行政房非常好睡，我家人十分认床，但居然也睡得不错。而且感觉风水很好。下次来燕莎还会住这里。

酒店前台晚间接电话其慢无比，而且一个五星级酒店没有机器人，点外卖要跑出去，去40米斜对面外卖柜拿外卖，多点几个外卖上上下下就累**，迷你吧不免费为什么要放？我需要我会自己点，矿泉水就给两瓶，想喝要买迷你吧里的10元百岁山，第二天跟保洁要水，保洁説送我几瓶水再送我迷你吧里的饮品让我给五星好评，我本来都要给了，结果评论里带保洁的名字，还説什么主动送我水，我前一天入住的时候没有及时送，晚上口渴想要前台送水也没人接电话，还得自己点外卖下去拿，不然就要花十块钱喝百岁山，真的2025年了五星级酒店还有这种服务，并且房间内放茶叶的柜子真的很诡异整体硬件不新但是也没有很旧，只能説中规中矩，性价比极低。

酒店位置很好，临近使馆区，大堂宽敞明亮，前台Krein、客房服务周到，知道我们过来签证，小娄经理提前布置了我的房间，服务员王玉波，把我的房间打扫的很乾净，让疲惫的一天，回来以后看到整洁的房间，心情很舒畅，让这一段旅程非常愉快！
