服务：服务员都非常热情 虽然是第一次和外国客户入住这个酒店，个人感觉这家酒店服务质量很棒，让人感受到了温馨，前台小姐姐都很热情，接送机准时，国际落地很晚的航班，还有人等候接待帮忙拿行李，宾至如归的感觉。下次去北京有机会还想入住这个酒店。

从首都机场出来联系了酒店客服，酒店提供免费接送机服务，而且我们俩人还专门安排一台车接送，酒店有一对一管家服务，帮忙把行李送到房间，房间送了免费的果盘饮料，房间干净整洁，工作人员热情周到，服务态度很好，服务工作非常到位，值得推荐。非常感谢酒店的工作人员。

Great one with really good customer service, mr who helped us with our luggage was really nice and the reception was really helpful too. He knows what travellers need and helped us even before we asked. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We arrived at midnight and wanted to take a transfer to the hotel, we called them which is not convenient at all because staff doesn’t speak English at all. We had to wait about 2 hours, go to another terminal to find somebody who speaks English to help us take a taxi which was also impossible because it was too expensive for the ride. The girl later called the hotel again and they came to pick us up again. That was great but it would be nice to know beforehand car number and where to find it. Despite all the difficulties and no English staff room was big, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the airport the next day with transfer. I can advise to write them in advance, may be that can eliminate the problem with communication.

Our family recently stayed at Beijing Guomen Business Hotel (Xinguozhan Capital Airport) for our overnight stopovers during our flight transfers at the PEK airport. We choose the hotel mainly due to its cleanliness and positive guest reviews. Despite its proximity to the PEK airport, the environment within the hotel was quiet. This allowed for a restful and uninterrupted night’s sleep, which was greatly appreciated. The free airport pick-up and drop-off service provided was extremely convenient, easing the stress of navigating airport logistics during our layovers. However, guests need to make arrangements with the hotel staff ahead of time for the transportation service. Overall, our stay at Beijing Guomen Business Hotel was highly satisfactory. We would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay near the airport and would choose to stay again in the future.

This hotel is at a great location . It’s close to the airport and the free airport drop off and pick makes it a great choice if you have an early morning flight.
