就是居民小区的房子，可能没有卖出去，所以都变成酒店了。每一栋楼可能被不同的酒店包了所以整个小区里都是不同的酒店。
我订的房间是带早餐的拿到早餐才非常失望，除了里边的水果和牛奶，其他看着都不想吃。不如忍着饿到水镇里边再去吃早餐午餐和晚餐。

房间设施比较新且简洁实用，有冰箱、电磁炉、微波炉和电饭煲，可以做点简单的饭，但需要自带锅碗瓢盆。卫生间液体肥皂很好用，还有小包洗衣粉考虑的很周到，给五分好评。

朋友的推荐，非常满意，首先加了前台小李的微信，给发了一个酒店的位置，耐心的讲解行程路线，车停在1号停车场 沿着桥右转走到小区门口，给前台打电话有服务人员出来迎接，服务特别周到，特别好，一次完美的旅行

令人崩溃的入住！屋子里温度低，门锁系统质量差。最关键的是卫生间的地漏不排水，洗澡水全部在屋子里！洗澡水忽冷忽热，而且水温还不可以调节！
