房间设施新，早餐非常丰富。前台与楼层服务员非常好。提出的要求，都马上帮助解决。尤其是不小心把小朋友学生证掉进床头软包装箱里，楼层服务员与工程部师傅马上来费尽周折取出来。每天晚上送水果，酸奶和曲其饼。小朋友甚是喜欢。

酒店的硬件环境非常好，设施比较新，相当于4星酒店，房间面积如家精选酒店大，比其他星级饭店稍小点。现代简洁装修，非常舒适。酒店服务员很好，入住房间选择，或有何要求都尽量满足。早餐非常丰富，各式热菜，凉菜，面档等等与4星以上酒店相当。只是餐厅好象是外包的，晚上零点菜时要小心，实际菜与菜单上图片相差甚远，餐厅服务员态度不友好。

就是店不错，交通位置很好，出门就有公交车和地铁。送的早餐什么都有。清洁的阿姨也很亲切卫生搞得很干净，前台服务也很好。下次来北京应该也会就这个酒店。
