其实是家多个酒店名称一个酒店管理，住了两个晚上临走的时候把无线耳机放在了电视机下面的桌子上，客房收拾不可能会看不见也没有及时通知，中午退房晚上想起电话联系酒店说早班下班了，第二天再问及竟然说当天当班的人休息被我凶了两句说联系当班收拾房间的人，留了电话说会联络我结果还是要自己再去询问被告知没有看到，这让人很不爽虽然是自己不小心没有收好自己的物品但也实在怀疑酒店的服务人员的管理，对员工拾金不昧的态度没有培训好，虽然过往住客较多没有回头客但是也有留客人的信息要学会给酒店留下好的名声，一副耳机价值虽小但是都能够清楚的提供遗漏位置竟然会回复这样让人不爽的回忆，今后坚决不会再考虑这家酒店怕是贼窝，一定会转告朋友今后有朋友去顺义区绝对不能再安排这家酒店

首先店里工作失职把房源偷摸卖掉，我带客户来，没有房源就给我们安排其他房间，找工作人员沟通还推卸责任，只能说这样做生意，简直不敢苟同。
