预订了两间，这间是给我岳父母的。整个房间除了一张床确实就没什么多余空间了。不过考虑到这个地段，也可以理解。只是抽水马桶漏水，然后隔音差，导致这个在前台旁边的房间很难有安静的时间。我岳父每晚都会被吵醒几次。说实话感觉前台还是很友好的，讲话也尽量注意不大声，可是无奈隔音确实太差。。。房间的窗户也很小导致通风性很差。。。

第一天去空调没法制热，前台也不知道，弄了半天没搞定。最终还是我自己折腾了一会儿才搞定的。最后一晚空调又不能用了，值班的人也还是没搞定，最终建议可以换个房间住，但是由于已经晚上十点半了而且东西还都摊着，决定将就一晚算了。酒店也没有任何表示。有些小失望。不过酒店离故宫很近，离东华门可能就不到一公里。给我们升级了套间，虽然还是很小，不过装修还是比较讨巧的。设施质量和卫生都有待加强

位置紧挨故宫，干净，小巷子里幽静舒适，服务员各个热情周到，如果说有点遗憾是附近吃饭不方便，也许是特殊情况吧
