酒店服务台就在小区进门第一家非常方便，老板和服务人员都很热情，有什么事情一个电话马上就解决。提供的早餐很不错画卷、包子、馒头和小菜还有粥吃着很舒服。离景区大门也不远出大门走下去一点就是景区，把车停在P1走着5分钟即可到达景区和酒店。

服务态度好，感觉如同家里一样方便，带孩子住很温馨，活动空间大，早点还送餐到家，很适合一家人住，推荐大家！唯一这间房型不能看直播电视，要是能解决了就更好啦！😀

周末和家人一起游古北水镇，入住的是北京可心精品度假别墅，这里 设施齐全，服务热情周到，离景区大门非常近，到店时专门派了一辆别克JL8到停车场接的我们，入住手续非常快，安排专人送我们到房间。
给我们留下更加深刻印象的是，我们离店后，由于自己的疏忽把孩子的浴巾忘在了房间，酒店主动联系我们，并用快递第二天就寄给了我们。
总体感觉非常棒，有去古北水镇的朋友可以考虑这家酒店。

二楼客厅有开放厨房配电磁炉 三楼两间客房一个洗手间 整体满意 不足是两个房间阳台的门均不能上锁 希望改进 有安全隐患 距离停车场不近 j步行需10分钟 楼下附近有自动售货机和小商店 价格略贵
