非常赞的酒店，红叶节去的，提前在香山住一晚，次日一早上山，中午返程不堵车。老婆孩子玩的很开心

我和老人带孩子到香山玩的，客房服务员根本不管帮忙抬一下行李，也没有电梯，亲子家庭没男士跟着的抬行李都是问题。房间卫生不干净，也没有服务人员，住了一天上下多次，一直是整个酒店只有一层前台有个人，楼上一个人都没有，再碰上没有客人的时候，悠长的走廊尽头还挂着黑色落地窗帘，很吓人，我一夜没睡好。餐饮分开，在院子里另一块地方，卫生也很差，在我们进餐时，服务员在餐厅里就猛劲儿干呕，最后还吐口痰，吐在餐厅正中的纸篓里，那叫一个恶心。离香山公园近的门已经关闭了，要去香山公园也要绕很远，离植物园那就是更远根本没有什么小门和近路，也许原来有吧，我们问的酒店内部人，都说没有。以后不会再去了。

路不好找，让我转了半个小时呢，幸亏打客服问清楚路了，还要绕小门
里面设施不赖，挺高档的，值得推荐，离香山很近。
