当初预定的时候看评论还可以，是16年新装修的。周边正好有小区在外墙改造，有点吵和乱。离地铁站有1.5公里左右，走路还是稍微远了点。

整体好评…… 空间很大 稍微有些不隔音 但是住起来还是比较舒适的 地处居民区环境很安静 能早起的可以在楼下排队买糖饼店早餐 物美价廉
