Very good accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Enough for a family of four. We will visit again if in Beijing.

离地铁口很近，去景点都不远，出游十分方便。周边非常多的吃的，隔壁就有一个很好吃的铜锅，涮羊肉非常好吃，芝麻烧饼也很香喔。

附近有水果店、早餐店、饺子店，地铁站也很方便。但没有大型商场，但好处是静。
服务很贴心，有圣诞小水果，进出前台也会打招呼。
唯一是冲凉房每晚一湿水就有异味，好一段时间才散。洗手间及冲凉房的抽气扇开关没有亮灯显示，有或关要靠听的，有时还听不出来。

The male front desk staff was not very friendly during our check-in on the first day. In addition, there was no one at the front desk when we checked out early in the morning at 5 am. It seemed like the staff on duty had fallen asleep, as the security guard had to wake her up to assist with the check-out.

房间面积很大，房间内浴室和衞生间是乾湿分离的，还有小沙发，活动空间也很大，居住体验感是非常棒的，而且床垫也很舒服，睡一晚感觉第二天活力满满的，前台服务意识也是很棒的，办理入住很快，每次见面也是笑脸相迎，能耐心解答我们每一个问题，这样的服务态度让住客心里暖暖的，赞

Great staff, they gave us a room a bit earlier and were super nice! The breakfast was fine, many Chinese options. The tatami room was really nice and well maintained, the bed was quite big and comfy. I really recommend this hotel, it’s located in a nice Hutong area + super close to the Xisi metro station.

看房型以为是跃层，进房间后才发现是向下深入，等于是1楼加地下室。但是房间有新风设施，处理得很好，完全没有一般地下室的霉味儿，酒店设施比较齐全，服务也很到位，位置非常方便，国庆节这个价格还可以了，早餐也还不错。

中规中矩，房间比较小，几乎没有多余空间，打扫人员一般，不会主动补给，工作人工基本会打招呼，酒店袋子需要去前台拿，不会放在衣柜里，房卡就给一张，问了才会给另外一张，这些问题我从来没有在其他酒店遇到过，需要改进。放不放是你们的问题，用不用是顾客的问题，该放的还得放。再提一句，负责早餐的阿姨有点嘴碎，碰到问题，就在那边大声责怪，你只需要过去关上盖子就行，小朋友不小心夹水果掉了一个，就在那边教育人家，你不觉得是你们盆子太小，装太满了么。酒店还需对自己的员工好好培训一下！有些问题就不一一赘诉了！
