这家酒店位于环球影城附近，前台接待都很热情，很有耐心。客房也是非常的舒适整洁。
餐厅位于酒店的1楼，除了早餐之外，还有零点的午餐跟晚餐，给朋友预订的，他们住的非常的舒适，再次再次感谢一下前厅的主管程程，他服务很好。

地铁口附近，出来地铁直走转弯路口就到了，办理入住工作人员热情接待，带着小朋友，询问房间需求，提醒空调温度，房间还有衞生间在北京都算比较大的也很乾净，适合小朋友使用，周边点外卖方便，酒店也有早餐，第二天丝滑寄存行李，冲环球，酒店每天也是有大巴接送环球的

超推荐环球旁宝藏丽柏！步行5分钟到地铁，免费班车来回影城超省心。房间乾净无异味，床品柔软睡得香，隔音超棒不吵。前台服务热情高效，办理入住退房都很快，设施齐全还有投屏，性价比拉满，二刷环球还住这！

overall nice hotel. room was hot due to winter heating but hotel was helpful in providing mini aircon. room was huge and overall good stay. free shuttle bus to Universal and food delivery was ok. overall will recommend if going to universal

订的豪华双床房，没想到窗户两旁是墙体，洗漱台在厕所里面，没有在外面方便，开业才几年，整体感觉设施维护得不好，感觉比较旧，前台人员服务一般，唯一可取的就是去环球比较方便
