酒店房间非常新，我和朋友都感觉住的非常舒服，房间也超级大，一进房间暖气特别足，酒店附近交通非常便利 距离地铁很近。房间宽敞明亮，床铺舒适度很高。酒店的服务人员小杨经理非常热情周到

The hotel is nicely located near Beijingnan Railway station. The nearest metro station is Jiaomendong which is a good 10minutes walk. We are also happy to find a halal restaurant within 5 minutes walk too. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. In the room, good selection of refreshments are provided. We also managed to order items from taobao & safely received by the reception. Highly recommend the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, 小陈, truly made our experience memorable — she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful with all our requests and enquiries. No matter how small or last-minute our questions were, she handled everything with a warm smile and great professionalism. Her hospitality alone deserves 5 stars!
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The bed was soft and inviting, the amenities were well prepared, and the overall atmosphere felt so warm and home-like. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long day — comfortable, calm, and cozy just as we hoped.
Highly recommended! We would absolutely stay here again. A big thank you to 小陈 and the entire hotel team for the wonderful service and unforgettable hospitality!

第二次入住该酒店了，服务一如既往地热情周到，早餐也很丰富。退房的时候遇到一些麻烦，酒店经理君君主动电话与我沟通，并帮助我解决了问题。説真的经理君君真正站在客人的角度来思考和解决问题，本身就是一件小事，但这种态度和热情确实给予了很大的温暖，心情愉快！真的大大的赞????

在桔子水晶北京南站洋桥店的停留，是一场被妥帖照顾的小美好。大堂君君非常热情，客房的设施带着恰到好处的质感，柔软的床品、好用的衞浴，还有公共区域里随时能使用的贴心配置，每一处都在悄悄告诉住客，这里的服务，是藏在设施里的温柔。
