  1. The electric circuit is not stable. 2. The toilet is clogged. 3. I don’t know why my delivery never arrive, either hotel or courier issue. 4. The receptionist is not friendly, they don’t really bother, when talking with him- named Mr.胡, he is using his phone social media, not professional at all. As well as the cleaner, is really rude. 5.The soundproof is poor.

  The location of the hotel is very good, near the subway and the west railway station. The staff doesn’t speak English but uses translator and ready to help if something happened. I didn’t like that in the room was stuffy and the air is dry because the room doesn’t have window. And the audibility is very good so sometimes you can’t rest peacefully.

  都挺好就是太热空调开制冷都太热，其他还不错，希望可以改善一下空调制热的问题，热的睡不着觉，其他设施非常好

  来北京出差选对酒店了！位置很方便，最惊喜的是免费停车，对于自驾党太友好，省了不少停车费还不用到处找车位，省心又划算～ 房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，服务也很贴心，下次来还会选这里！

  就在火车西站这边，也是北京性价比特别高的酒店，出站北广场走几分钟到了，酒店的环境还不错的。 经济型房间相对来説还是简单点，不过这个价格北京真的太给力了呢 早餐也还不错??。

  入住三天，这家酒店完全超出预期。位置绝佳，步行5分钟直达地铁口，周边商圈餐厅齐全，夜游归来也很安全。 房间是极简风设计，浅木色家俱搭配暖光枱灯，瞬间缓解旅途疲惫。最惊喜的是床品，床垫软硬适中，枕头有软枕和硬枕可选，像睡在自家床上一样踏实。衞生间乾湿分离彻底，洗漱用品是淡淡雪松味，细节里满是用心。 前台服务超贴心，入住时主动升级高楼层景观房，还手写了周边小众景点攻略；每天打扫房间会把散乱的行李归位，甚至叠好随手放的外套。下次来这座城市，一定还选这里！

  Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and services at the hotel.Wonderful courteous staff,good breakfast options for vegetarians,easy access to nearby modes of travel and very safe .i am inspired by the sheer ease of travel for me inspite of language challenges for me.Thank You

  Air conditioning didn’t work to lower down heater in the room during winter. This makes me difficult to breath during the night, seems lack of oxygen.
