酒店mark服务热情，酒店有免费的洗衣房和健身房，点外卖还有机器人帮忙送到房间，晚上虽然餐厅不开业但还有一个自助超市可选择，酒店设施新老结合一点儿也不违和，重点的是床头还提供耳塞，机场附近酒店，这一举动很人性化

We liked this hotel very much. The room was clean and spacious, polite and helping personnel. We had early flight that’s why free bus shuttle was a great bonus.

We booked 2 rooms here as had early morning flight. We were checked in by Cindy who was friendly & courteous, and she upgraded us to bigger rooms. Thank you Cindy
Had a good night sleep despite noise from aeroplanes.

非常不错的入住体验，感谢酒店马经理的耐心细致服务，耐心给我介绍了酒店周边的用餐地点，还为我挑了安静的房间，虽然安静的房间但是晚上睡眠还是会有飞机飞过的噪音 ，贴心的是床头配备了降噪耳塞

岁月沉淀的华美达酒店，保养的不错，提供24小时的接送机服务，出行方便，网上定的外卖，想让前台帮忙送到房间，Mark耐心解释之后用机器人帮我送到房间，很方便，喜欢这家店的自助超市，很秀气，很注重私隐

为了赶飞机，选择了一个离机场近的酒店，一般印象中的酒店是设施比较新，智能，但是房间面积很小，这家酒店是一个例外，住这家店的好处是前台马经理在入住之前打电话询问需求，房间面积很大，是一般酒店面积的两倍大，缺点是房间很旧且吵，床头有耳塞，这家店老外特别的多，好久没见过这么多老外了

酒店房间干净明亮，设施齐全，房间内配有保险箱，小冰箱，茶吧台，整体酒店配套不错，配套可以匹配大酒店，设备维护保养较好，酒店经理Mark办理入住一直带着笑脸，办完入住手续带我一起回房间，非常值得表扬

到店之前酒店马经理特意提前联系，询问是否需要班车服务，房间帮忙安排了升级，安排视野特别开阔适合拍飞机，酒店附近的餐馆很多步行仅需5分钟，酒店距离15号线大概3km左右，走路很远，但是公交站大概只有100米左右，出行很方便，还提供每小时一次的送机服务

毕竟温德姆的华美达酒店，大品牌住的很放心，酒店有接送机很周到的服务，行李比较多，司机师傅和Mark主动帮忙装卸，送机很准时，我们去机场的时候人比较多，司机换了一辆大巴车送我们，很宽敞坐着很舒服

房间很大，前台Mark服务周到，因为这次参展，提前邮寄了几个大件儿快递到酒店，酒店都帮忙接受了把酒店的库房都存满了也没有收取寄存费，前台还主动在入住时帮忙送回了房间还帮忙拆开收走了包装，很感谢
