房间：整体设施都很好，洗澡睡觉都很舒服。就是房间稍小一点，后来从二楼的房间换到一楼，一楼房间能宽敞点，格局好些，房间内暖风很好用一点不会冷。
服务：前台红色裙子的小姐姐和高个子小哥哥服务特别到位，换房间时帮忙拿了很多行李和外卖，房间的投屏设备被上个客人恢复出厂设定小姐姐还细心帮忙来房间连接，有什么问题发vx给她立马会来解决。总统服务超好，感觉有被用心对待，这次旅行很开心。

近乎完美的入住体验～首先酒店很有北京特色，在闹中取静的胡同里，而且离地铁站特别近，去哪儿都非常方便。卫生程度更是不用说，真的很干净～房间设施非常人性化，也很有设计感。重点是前台小姐姐和小哥哥们服务都非常好，很多需求都会尽力满足～早餐选择很多，味道也很不错~推荐推荐

位置优越，在西四南大街，酒店虽然在胡同里，但挺好找的，交通便利，地铁站出门几分钟就走到了。酒店环境不错古色古香，房间设施齐全，床垫也很柔软舒适，干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台小姐姐小哥哥服务都很好，热情大方，基本有求必应，住的挺满意的。

看酒店评价最多的是写员工的服务态度，果不其然，所有员工都是态度亲切有礼，下次去北京，一定会再入住。酒店位置非常便利，周围都有食肆，房间设施摩登舒服，自助早餐非常美味，十分推荐给网友。

很喜欢的四合院，干净，有格调！之前来过北京，住的四合院都好贵好贵，这次真的性价比很高，非常高！前台服务真的非常好，我们从广东提前寄红酒来，都帮我们安排得很好！蛋糕店很会推荐，又漂亮又好吃！四合院在胡同里，就不用特意去其它胡同打卡，出门就是！院内环境很有感觉，楼上上房揭瓦很出片，还有一棵杮子树！附近很近书店，吃的也很多选择，旁边还有个教堂，那抹黄真的很治愈人心！下次还来北京，下次还住你家！感谢

Overall a great experience. Love the services provided by the staff! It was fantastic. However, there are several inconsistencies in housekeeping (e.g., never clear the trash for one of the days, missing a rug for one of the days, and never tidy up the bed). Other than that, it was a great experience staying there.
