  Unfortunately the room smelled badly. We understood that when we found the window opened. Thei should put a siphon under the sink. And keep it filled with water. During the morning a terrible smell of public toilet was coming from the sink. For the rest the receptionists are very nice. Good continental breakfast.

  前台的大哥还有姐姐非常好，给升级了房间，房卡不小心弄丢了也没有赔，房间又大又乾净，隔音也非常棒，早餐很丰盛，附近就是万达，吃饭也方便，好评，下次还住这里。

  亲子房是1.8的大床和1.2的小床，太适合一家三口住，房间大小足够，提前给前台留言备注的房间要求，都满足了，非常感谢。已经第二次入住了，以后来平谷还会选择这里的。一点小建议，床品在更换之后还是检查一下是否有灰或头发之类的，能感觉到床单是新换的，可能不小心蹭到了灰，但对于新入住的特别在意床品衞生的住客来説会带来困扰。服务人员特别热情，也能很好地处理问题，不影响下次还会选择这里。

  离滑雪场不远，出门就是万达。早餐也很丰富，馄炖，麪都不错。 服务：前台服务提前告诉，快过年了，周边可能不太好找吃早餐的地方，我们就在酒店吃了……
