Not a terrible hotel, was good location for my purposes. The terrible thing was the heat. The AC and Fan made the rooms over 27 degrees. The first night I was there I called the front desk, I was able to communicate with someone and their idea was to open windows and keep the door open. At about 1 am... He did offer to stay by my door but it didn't solve my problem. I contacted Trip.com and they were able to get me help. They talked with the hotel and switched rooms for me. The only thing that kept the room ok was no using any fan or AC at all. Kept the windows open to keep the room comfortable enough to sleep. For some reason the thermostat turned on a few times in the night to also make the room too hot. The hotel didn't have any fans to put in rooms and no real solution to the problem. Trip.com was the only one that helped.

The location of the hotel is good, just 30mins from Beijing international airport. The service was quite good too and they were so kind and helpful.
