Staff is very friendly and supportive! Unlimited water and soft drinks, cleaning service can be requested, amenities provided is helpful. Great location, only cross the street to chongwenmen H exit, also easy to travel by didi because they can drop us right in front of the hotel.

房间整体是乾净的，但是马桶圈上有一点点黄色，我以为是水渍啥的，没想到用湿纸巾能擦掉。房间挺安静的，也没遇到隔壁大声聊天的人。前台小姐姐特别好，我陪妈妈做完眼睛激光不太舒服，想延迟半个小时退房，小姐姐帮我延迟到了两点，非常感谢！

H?tel très bien situé. épicerie 24h juste en face de l’h?tel. Nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité. Distributeur et banque à c?té.
Le personnel est agréable, disponible et sympathique.
La chambre est confortable et propre.

崇文门站 地点很好 走H口 附近百货也都有扶梯
自由行不打车 也不用自己扛行李 对面有24小时便利店
没有冰箱倒是还好 因为东西都在外面吃完
隔音不太好 会听到隔壁房的讲话声
但不是浅眠的人 不影响
照样能睡
