    ①在携程平台上用积分和会员等级权益兑换了升房权益，抵达前台后也直接告知了工作人员，工作人员并未答覆“能”或“不能”，上楼后才发现并未兑现我的升房权益。反而退房后，酒店工作人员通过电话搜寻加微信联系希望在携程平台上给好评，下次就给升房和早餐权益......这次我兑换都不给，还指望贵店兑现这庄“交易”吗； ②抵达房间后，个人感觉有较为明显的新装修味道；使用衣柜时，一堆不知是谁留下的垃圾映入眼帘......

    New clean hotel, front desk is very friendly, room is clean and beds are very good. Delicious breakfast - many choices - baozi, noodles, cakes, vegetables. Only disadvantage - 1km to subway station, rather far from center - 1 hour by subway. But price is not expensive.
