Despite our inability to speak Chinese, our hosts helped us with positivity via WeChat translation app. They were so helpful and pleasant making our first night of arrival and first day in China very welcoming. From local shops and restaurants to helpful guiding family at the hotel and convenient location, we would recommend this unique part of the world.

整体来説不错。意外插曲：我们是一家三口，入住后跟前台提出再加一个被子和枕头，前台説因为全部住满没有多余的，理由还真是牵强糊弄。三口人盖一个被子，睡两个枕头，订房的时候提示可以入住2大1小，我们也是按2大一小来提交订单的，并没有隐瞒，而且每个酒店都应该有备品准备吧。就那么回事吧。

Nice place to stay, but not much to do in the area. Closest place to get a decent meal is the Badaling Outlets, which is 35 minutes by car. The bathing towels were terrible and cheap like paper towels.

This B&B was very nice. We were here while off peak season and we were treated very well. Even though no one could speak English, the helped us a lot and were very kind to us. We also got a room upgrade and enjoyed our night in a very neat and warm room.

在长城脚下走一段路看到有轨道的匝道里面走进去 我是走了好多冤枉路 当时叫了个车 结果自己却走到了 北京顺风车司机蛮好的，跟我讲，我再走几步就到了，叫我取消订单，他还等了我蛮久的，后来就取消了订单，我自己找了进去，跟着导航走，心里还蛮过意不去。民宿蛮干净的。找民宿就像开盲盒，先直接就下单了，没有看评论，后来看评论，有些人说卫生不行，然后到前台很忐忑的，直接跟前台小哥哥讲帮我找一间干净的，因为带孩子长者住的，小哥哥蛮好的，就带我们看了房间，看了第一间，我们就定下了，总体感觉还可以，晚上睡觉的时候山上比较冷，然后空调好像也不怎么太好，就联系了小哥哥，两个小哥哥过来帮我们空调调了，调好了，然后还多增加了一台电暖气，就是图五。有地暖，但是晚上山上比较冷，地暖感觉没有用，然后电暖气送来了以后就好很多了，温度就上来了。服务很好。
