This hotel is very new. The room was super clean and well decorated. The people at the front desk were always willing to help. The location is also very convenient. Close to the Liangna River, Solana Mall, and not far from city center! There is no window, but there is a beautiful display that resembles outside.

办理入住时超惊喜，客房直接给我连升两个等级 ，这待遇谁能不开心！瞬间好感度拉满，必须点赞！ 不过入住过程中也有些小状况。洗手台下方打扫不太到位，有垃圾和头发残留，好在跟工作人员反馈后处理得很迅速。还有客房经理在沟通时，一直称呼我为“老师”，并非恶意！?但听起来有点不被尊重，心里挺不是滋味。但在和客房经理沟通卫生问题时，体验感不太好。他一直叫我“老师”，不知道是不是习惯这么称呼，可我听着就是不太舒服，感觉没被尊重，当时还挺生气的。
好在前台的服务特别好。不仅热情赠送了早餐，还帮忙办理延迟退房，很大程度上弥补了之前的不愉快。但房间细节还是有提升空间，晚上准备洗澡时，发现既没有拖鞋也没有地巾，还好前台响应及时，很快就送来了。整体来说，曼心酒店的硬件设施和大部分服务还是不错的，希望在员工培训和细节卫生方面能再加强一些，相信会有更多人满意！曼心酒店位置、价位、服务态度都可圈可点，要是能在卫生和房间物品配备上多把把关，员工培训再加强些，肯定会更好！

但是值得表扬前台 工作，认真 服务态度很好，??? 李佳萌?女士 五星好评！！哈 很大程度的弥补了 客房缺失?拖鞋问题！！ 所有的前台 服务 很好！ 万万女士服务五星好评 很大程度给我升级了客房！嘻嘻嘻 以后还会考虑在此入住！！！有很程度的提神空间！

The hotel is brand new, clean and quiet. Has great services and very kind and lovely staff. The laundry room is very convenient and the machines are easy to use.
