这个酒店真的让人眼前一亮，是去年新开的一家酒店。
环境让人非常舒适，客房服务也非常到位，几乎有求必应，四楼的洗衣房也非常方便。
入住前会给送上欢迎橙子水。

为了去泡泡玛特城市公园订的酒店，打车2公里非常方便，离地铁口也非常近，酒店在一个小院子里，房间也很安静，前台特地给升级了房型，很赞，以前出行都是选亚朵，以后又可以多个桔子水晶的选择了

入住桔子水晶的这几天，像被温柔的阳光裹住了一样舒服。房间里的细节藏着好多小心思：床头的充电线有安卓和苹果两种接口，浴室镜子旁装了防雾按钮，就连窗帘都选了遮光又透气的材质，早上被阳光自然叫醒时，都觉得比平时温柔几分。

位置挺好的离地铁站很近，房间在北京中心区比较大的了，本来应该全五分的，老公强烈要求把差评给前台女员工，对于客人的询问很不耐烦，而且回答得很模糊，因为没找到地方再问第二次的时候更不耐烦了，所有好感在那一瞬间归零，没打差评，是因为其他人员都还是比较好的。

This hotel is it’s brilliant, very clean and tidy.
Absolutely excellent customer service and staff were all very helpful. Even though the Wi-Fi had technical issues, the staff was determined to resolve the matter using their own phones to try. Could not recommend this more. Definitely a very good place to stay for families. Also, the hotel is very convenient to shopping , and other tourist attractions, i.e. Tia and Square and old Beijing. ???The very special ?very one special thing my kids loved was the robot delivering food and everything to your room directly.

位置：酒店离太古里很近，步行可达，地铁去其他地方也很方便
设施：新开业的所以设施都很新，有24h洗衣房健身房

缺点：隔音不好，临街比较吵，睡觉轻的选其他的店吧，其他没毛病

房间很小，行李箱都没位置打开。入住时前台让我加钱升级，结果办理完又告诉我升级的房间还没出来，要我等待。当时已经中午12点了，真是无语。房间空调很吵，还有蚊子，晚上总是翻来覆去导致没睡好。这个酒店蚊子出奇多，大堂办入住时我和儿子腿上都咬了好几个包。入住体验感真的很不好。优点就是离地铁近。
