This hotel was absolutely perfect and a wonderful surprise. Affordable, ?luxurious, comfortable and friendly. Certainly one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed at and convenient to the airport. The room layout was spacious and a delicious breakfast with quality foods and lots of variety. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Good location nearby airport T3,have free shuttle bus ,10 minutes per way from airport to hotel,gorgeous service ,really thank you counter staff Ms.Wang for helping a lot.Bed super large.

接送机住这里很方便，有到T2、T3客运大楼的班车，班次很多，几分钟就到，送机不用起太早，住这里很是方便。

来北京机场转机订了一晚大床房，前台经理吴超很有心的帮我升级为复式套房，整体感受非常好，衞生乾净整洁，空间也非常大。

选择首都机场希尔顿就是因为有早班机回国。果然没有选错。
首先，24/7的接驳车，去机场很方便。
我们当天提早到达酒店，离入住的时间还很早，多数退了房的房间也来不及收拾好，我们也很仔细的被告知了这一切。也愿意等等。可是，随行的两个小孩等不了那么久，也开始闹，想休息。跟大厅柜枱值班的Eric反映后，Eric也马上再跟同事确认房间准备好了吗。可惜我们要的双大床间还是没能及时备好。过后，Eric也马上递来了免费饮料劵，来安抚我们等着房间的每一位。不久后，Eric跟我提出来升级房间，因为短时间内我定的房间还不会备好。升级后，房间变得更好，更大了，还是双层的。也能满足我之前要求能看到飞机跑道的房间。孩子们简直开心的不得了，也想一直待在房间里看飞机。谢谢Eric那么用心的帮我们解决问题，也帮我们升级房间，很喜欢这样的安排。也让我们在北京留下美好的印象。
接着，我们也要表扬另外一位帅气的小伙子，刘成红。在得知我们拿到房间后，马上跟我们把行李箱推到房间，还主动的跟我们带路。小孩们也顺势握着成红推的推车，小心翼翼的一起推到房间。一路上都很照顾小孩的安全。我们父母也紧跟着。小孩玩的开心，我们也跟着开心。成红过后也很落力的把每一件行李箱搬进房间放好。给您一个大大的赞！加油。你们每一位用心的服务态度，真的让本来就很疲惫的我，也顿时感到温馨，此次中国行遇到的人都很美丽。会再一次的来北京游玩。
下次来北京，有早班机也会选择希尔顿。

第二天早班机，所以选择去机场附近住一晚，前台的服务态度特别好，直接给升级到了一个两室一厅的套房，是一个非常好的住宿体验，强烈推荐！
