设备比较陈旧，就是一个睡觉的地方，入住是冲着价格便宜去的。距离地铁站，走路5-10分钟的样子。

整体感觉还行，主要是房间里面蚊子太多了，需要用蚊香，大床间没有窗户，只好住了一晚后换了一个房间，感觉还行吧，毕竟钱在那呢

158的房没窗户的，设施陈旧。卫生也不太理想，位置还可以，离地铁有点近。。

房间有点小，是中央空调，空气流通不是很好，这个时间段无法控制房间温度。但是很安静，总体感觉还是不错的。在地铁5号线天通苑站旁，楼下旁边就是超市，卡拉OK与很多的饮食店，出行餐饮都很方便。
