饭店卫生环境佳，服务人员态度非常好，交通便利，离地铁站很近，附近餐馆很好吃，九门轩烤鸭、四季民福烤鸭店，饭店位置离故宫博物院很近，只需要步行15分钟，即可到达东华门

携程的第一个差评给了这家酒店，不知道是不是外国人住的比较多，所以酒店的**也跟着起来了，前台那种高高在上的态度真让人不舒服。中午一点多到了酒店，等房间等了接近半小时，和前台很不高兴的沟通了才勉强给了房，他们説在打扫，但是实际上去的时候，就没有看见有人在打扫其他房间。再説房间，空调开在30度最大热风，实际房间也冷的不行，尤其衞生间的温度。。。真的太冷了，根本没办法洗澡，实际上北京当天的温度在户外只需要穿一件衞衣。房间老旧，房价坚挺，真是王府井最不值得的选择了。多的一星给了酒店位置，去协和或者王府井都很近，地铁口也不远。几年前住过这家酒店，当时的服务还是都会让人很舒服，所以这次才又回来住，这几年，是怎么了？对了，我和服务员説，上次来没有这么多人住呢，本来是闲聊的一句话，服务员冷冰冰高傲的説，那是疫情时候才人少，真是让人太不愉快了，老顾客返店，给个笑脸都不舍得？

Месторасположение отличное, в лобби красиво, номера как на фото, но мебель уже можно было бы обновить, видно что сильно не новая. Белье и полотенца чистые. Слышно все, что происходит в коридоре, как хлопают двери и разговаривают люди.

最大的缺点是老旧了 房间洗手间的衞生很堪忧 比不上快捷酒店 / 房间里不放纸 想用抽纸要到洗手间拿/ 不提供脏衣袋 打电话到客房部 就一句生硬的没有
优点是 位置好 楼下吃喝很方便 房间很大 落地窗挺舒服

老牌酒店 很多外宾 地理位置很好 来看五月天 坐地铁去鸟巢很方便 附近很热闹 就是没有机器人送餐这点有点麻烦 其他都挺好的

The breakfast was okay, there was a large selections of continental food
The room was very old and not clean at all for the bathroom (please see pictures below)… There was hair, hairs and a lot of dirt everywhere inside the bathroom…
Our bathrobe (only 2) for 4 people were NEVER changed !!
We appreciated the fruit plate on the last day (delivered to the room)
