因为有点意外蹭上了点颜色，但是不是洗不掉那种，而且就指甲盖大小。然后服务员非得说洗不掉要我们赔钱，然后我女朋友说都是女生都明白是什么东西，肯定能洗掉，然后他们前台的**服务员态度特别差。后来我们上去洗了，只把沾了颜色的地方洗掉了，然后拿下去给她看，她看都不看就把身份证还我了（因为之前压了身份证，我们不赔钱不还身份证）说没事了。那我在想，她其实心理也知道能洗掉，就故意的想让我们赔钱，可能遇到个好说话的就赔钱了。然后要她工号说投诉她，她还特别贱贱的说没工号，故意想气我们。要她经理电话也不给，还说凭什么告诉你们。我们来消费，遇到这种事，连投诉都不行？就算没遇到这种事，要经理电话也是可以的吧？不明白这种态度是怎么在这家酒店当前天的。垃圾！服务差！然后态度特别差！想故意坑钱，我们洗掉了，自己连看都没勇气看？
