这真是住过最差的全季没有之一！入住给我们两个房间都是臭的（非常的臭，不是一点点气味那种） 要求前台换房间一个中年女的 瘦瘦的用那种瞧不起人的眼神跟我们说 你订的这个就是这种房！！！！500一晚上就只能住臭房间的意思对吧？然后前台要多一床被子给孩子 前台回覆没有多余的被子 我真的第一次听说一个酒店没有多余的被子 再次询问她拿了被子和被单上来 丢给我们说：自己套！我真的人生第一次遇到让人自己套被子的酒店 不知道一个服务员怎么可以有这样的服务 真的应该开除！没有遇到过那么差的全季！厕所房间臭就算了 孩子刷牙的时候竟然看到水槽里面有蜗牛爬出来?到底是有多脏！！！然后刷牙杯子里面有头发！！喝水杯子上都是飞虫！！这真的是坏了全季的名声！如果可以一分都不想给！真的要给零分！太差了！！太糟了！！希望让酒店做了整改再接客 别害人了！

设施虽然不是很新，但房间衞生还不错，阿姨搞衞生利索，酒店人员也很亲和；珠市口站地铁去哪都非常方便，离火车站也近，附近还有前门大街可以逛逛；总体还是不错的～下次来还会住的酒店～

The hotel staff is very nice to check in me early in the morning, they also assist me to send my parcels and order delivery. Hotel room is clean with enough supply of mineral waters, breakfast is nice too with many varieties !

All good. Friendly staffs, facilities well maintained. Location wise, 250m to nearest mrt, close to 1km to Qian men street. If you are looking for hotel that foods are steps away from Qian men, then you can choose other hotel which is much closer to the street.
This hotel much closer to local neighbourhood and plenty of food options within 200m.

1.房间插座少，两个人充电困难。
2.衞生间瓷砖坏的，浴室的水会漏出来。
3.洗手盆反臭。
4.洗衣房只有一台洗衣机，有洗衣需求的要注意咯，阿姨也不帮忙洗衣服。
5.马桶有问题，竟然是向下斜着的，坐着屁股非常疼。
6.前台个别男服务员态度差，非常差，感觉管理混乱。
7.空调很臭，酸臭味。
8.过道是地毯，巨臭，4楼。
9.没什么早餐吃的，建议不要买早餐券，我买了四天的，吃了两天，里面没什么东西，想吃直接下去就好了，3楼，也没人检查。
以下是优点：
1.靠近珠市口地铁站C口，是八号线，问题是这个地铁站是转站的位置，从其他地方回来要走非常远的地铁内路程。
2.在前门大街这里，里面有个便宜坊烤鸭，吃过了，不好吃，环境很差，但是这里骑车去天安门很近，直接骑车过去安检，去国博要坐地铁从天安门东C口出去好点。
3.洗衣房配了消毒液，比较衞生。

It was a good location and walking distance from hotel to Tiananmen and tourist attraction. And also near to Beijing Railway station. But must avoid peak hours as the traffic jam is very horrible.

Good location , about 5-6 min of walking to metro station. However the room is kinda small. It is smart room where the lighting is controlled by xiao ai tong xue. Love the teapot and tea provided in the room . There is robot service in the hotel but it is not used , we have to go to concierge to collect the deliveries when it’s delivered.

小而美的酒店，就在胡同里，也很好找。零压大床房睡的超级舒服，下次来北京还会选择这里。酒店的小哥哥小姐姐保洁阿姨们服务特别好，五星推荐
