帝都的四星级酒店也真是符合皇城根儿下的水准，基本上价格都要500+，然而服务水准却想打个问号。不主动提供欢迎礼可以谅解，客人打电话提出了需求也连欢迎水果都不给提供…前台员工让客人自己找预订部沟通…难道amenities不是FO负责吗…竟然要客人自己联系后线部门…嗯…酒店的地理位置和硬件设施都不错，房间很大，希望服务能更人性化些。毕竟也算是四星级酒店了呀…
