服务态度不好，本来定的复合套间，打电话问说加床200元包含早餐，但是到了店里后反悔说加床的200元不含早餐。本来我们提前订还有一个优惠，但是不含早餐，打电话见说加床200元包含早餐后，改为包含早餐的套餐。跟前台理论，居然说如果我们不相信，可以取消订单后重新下单。重新下单的金额已经不是原来看到的金额，简直太欺负人了。必须差评，洗手间有积水，酒店的洗漱用品不是每天按时提供，一次性拖鞋也不是每日按每人提供，吝啬，没见过如此四星酒店！！！

酒店地点相当好，近苏州街地铁🚇站，出入方便，离北京热门景点很近……复式公寓房型不错，装修稍🈶️点旧，遗憾的是床垫超级差，枕头也不好，另外最气人的是订了房间连住5天几千元，退房后就遭遇大堂经理的黑面孔—-逛了一圈回来满身大汗，连我们在六楼泳池公共浴室洗澡的请求直接拒绝，太没有意思了……没有下次
