帮来北京的朋友定的房间。位置很不错，离地铁站非常近。前台服务人员态度非常好，屋内干净卫生，设备也很新，房间不大，但是在北京寸金寸土的地界已经很不错了。下次还会预定的，房间里照片没有拍，但是不会失望。

酒店服务非常差。房间布草是没换过的。打电话让服务员换，也没有人搭理，派了个打更大爷来，再换一个房间，竟然还是脏的。后来大爷从布草间里让我们自己去取布草，挑了好几个勉强找到一个将就能用的床单。这样的酒店工商局必须严肃处理。

362房间床单根本就没换，用过的，都是毛发，服务员催了好几次还没更换，差评。为了省几块钱洗涤费。没有职业道德。
