因台风之故航班取消，无法前往北京，已经约好的外国友人自己从机场搭车到酒店办了入住，原本一直用的电话卡突然故障不能用，前台小李非常热情地帮他设置了WIFI，并专程带他到手机营业厅去重新办了一张卡，替不懂中文的外国友人解決了大问题，也对北京留下了一个极好印象。要给这位小哥点一个大大的赞！
