春节期间入住的酒店，一行7个大人11个孩子，共7个房间，通过艺龙网站订的，4天中订单上的自助早餐实际都变成了麦当劳的一份豆浆和一只汉堡，入住了4晚的行程反馈给艺龙信息缩水2晚，明明全员入住，提供给艺龙的信息说有一位没入住，该返还的预付金300多元等了一个月都没有返还。。。在首都北京这样的酒店这样的服务真心无语。

第一次给差评……”酒店完全给有与我联系，到那就说房间满了，没房了说我超出预留时间，自动取消了，同程网预定的，显示酒店确认，等待我入住，结果酒店说没房了，估计是店里价格比网上贵吧，酒店也没联系我，我给同程打电话就说我给你转，转了两边10分钟都没人给解决，最后我一女的10点多，自己在大道上接着找酒店入住。实在是太坑了
