酒店位置极好，出了王府井地铁出口分分钟到酒店。酒店客房电梯间霉味太重，简直无法呼吸。睡觉时，想再要床被子，结果打了3、4通电话，一直没人接。客放服务电话太难打通啦。只好将就睡啦。

地理位置优越位于长安街，近邻天安门，带着孩子看升国旗实在太方便了。旁边就是王府井大街吃喝玩乐一条龙，酒店环境卫生服务五星好评。

酒店地理位置好，出行方便。设施老了点，但房间干净、安静，服务人员整体素质好，但个别服务员冷漠、态度差，多询问两句就不耐烦，好像欠她钱似的。推荐入住！
