酒店服务很好，不愧为五星级酒店，办理入住和退房的速度都很快，还免费给我们从豪华间升级为行政间。酒店位置很赞，离故宫、天安门广场、王府井步行街、什刹海、南锣鼓巷等主要景点都很近，酒店对面就是地铁8号线的起点站，出行很方便。酒店干净卫生，早餐丰盛，下次到北京还会选择这家酒店。
