app上说明一定需要大床房，结果到店之后以无房为由硬调整为标间。房间又小，床又小，空调上有厚厚的灰尘，洗脸盆拔开塞子有刺鼻的下水道的臭味，马桶盖是歪的，早上服务员敲门要求打扫卫生根本不顾人会不会续房，极其糟糕的入住体验！差评！
