性价比还是可以的，整体也算可以，不到百元房，我估计了一下面积大概有20平米了，就是设施。。。居然出现了上个时代的大头电视机，瞠目结舌啊，早上附近会有发春的野猫叫，其他都不错。

热水改为限时早晚供应，而且用完就没了，设施维修要等晚上有维修人员来了才可以修，真是越来越差了
