住过体验最差的酒店，没有之一。先不说和朋友订的标间，入住的时候被告知只能安排大床房，房间投影设备也有问题，服务员拿了台电脑给投影。这都不是最可气的，第二天结账开发票的时候前台说他们不能开增值税专票，只能开普票，可以开个说明，然后工作人员给我加了微信，让我发了地址说和水单一起寄给我，当时是4月25日，然后我在微信联系该工作人员死活就是不回复我了，过了N天实在忍受不了就打酒店前台电话，说会联系上次的工作人员，又过了N天还是没消息，再次联系酒店前台这次又换人了，说了情况之后我这次要了这个工作人员的电话，他答应给我寄出来，又过了N天，今天已经5月14号了，打他电话说让我再次致电酒店前台…实在无语了，被迫投诉，酒店方在不解决问题只能向有关部门投诉

房间很干净，酒店是新装修的，大厅和走廊以及房间内整体设计比较有种电影院的感觉，床非常舒服，大屏电影看着很爽，性价比很高，下次还来这里
