Helpful service and cleaning staff, but very poor front desk who doesn't pick up phone or answer questions. Pick up and drop off only in car park with no space to stop - we stay here only because it's close to family in the area.

超预期的入住体验，强烈推荐！
这次入住完全颠覆了我对同价位酒店的期待。酒店位置绝佳，步行3分钟就能到地铁站，周边便利店、特色餐馆一应俱全，无论是旅游打卡还是日常出行都格外方便。
前台服务堪称亮点，办理入住时工作人员主动帮忙提行李，还贴心地送上欢迎饮品，详细讲解了酒店设施和周边游玩攻略，连小众的本地美食店都精准推荐，比做的攻略还实用。房间更是惊喜，不仅宽敞明亮，床品柔软亲肤，浴室的乾湿分离设计也很人性化，每天客房阿姨都会细致打扫，还会把散落的衣物轻轻叠好，细节满满。
最意外的是早餐，中西式菜品丰富多样，现煮的麪条配上秘制浇头味道超赞，还有新鲜水果和现磨咖啡，完全能满足不同口味需求。晚上回酒店时，大堂的休息区温馨舒适，隔音效果也很好，房间里安静得听不到外界噪音，一觉睡到天亮。
综合来看，无论是服务、设施还是位置都无可挑剔，这个价格能有这样的体验性价比超高，下次来还会优先选择这里！

每次出差都会来这边住，前台的小姐姐很热情，每次都会提前帮忙安排好房间，房间可以自己简单做饭，洗衣机冰箱都有，很适合出差旅行
