首先位置不错，紧挨着地铁站，去哪都方便，服务很好，有什么问题第一时间解决，房屋大小也可以，环境有待加强，尤其是卫生间，也是因为年头长了，如果在意细节的就别选这个了，设施都全，楼下有超市，菜市场，粥铺饭店，房间比较闷，有孩子不能老开空调，窗户够大，算不算很干净
